Cardio Blast

For an extra challenging workout, this HIIT circuit training class combines BodyBoard, Board 30 Body Barre, Sandbell weights, Pilates equipment, and more for the most complete, full body workout you've ever experienced.
Previous BodyBoard experience strongly suggested. Classes are 45 minutes with a 5-6 minute cool down.

Functional Yoga

Functional Yoga is an open-level longevity practice focused on stability, mobility, and joint health. This 60-minute class is great for yogis, athletes, and anyone interested in developing techniques for optimizing health and navigating life.

Barre Above

A 30-minute barre class in our classic, HIIT Body Board style!This energetic, fun and challenging class combines barre and our BodyBoard system. Barre like you've never tried before!
All levels welcome. 5-6 minute cool down.

Body Board

Our signature HIIT training class focuses on working with multiple angles and levels of resistance to gain strength, mobility, balance, and improve cardio capabilities. This music oriented class applies elements of pilates, yoga, strength training, power moves and cardio, utilizing floor to ceiling resistance anchors. All levels are welcome and modifications can be implemented when necessary.

Classes are 30 minutes followed by a 5-6 minute cool down.

POWER YOGA

Flow breath to movement in this upbeat, full body workout. Power yoga offers the opportunity to lengthen and strengthen every muscle from fingers to toes in a fun and fluid class. With the focus on strong form and good posture, power yoga is a great addition to any workout regimen.

Power Vinyasa Flow

In this class you will tap into your core, breath, body and mind. This is a power vinyasa flow where students will explore breath to movement, learn asanas (postures) and discover their authentic yoga practice.
