Michele Moon - Studio Owner
Michele has been a fitness professional for nineteen years, owning Pilates & GYROTONIC™ studios in Park City, Utah and Rancho Santa Fe, Ca. Being introduced to Board30 by her sister Holly Jo, she was motivated by the modality and immediately began the process of certification and plans to open her first studio.
As a competitive equestrian athlete having a background in Pilates and the GYROTONIC® method, Michele appreciated the ability to work the entire body in a 30 minute HIIT style.
“I’m beyond excited to bring this extraordinary new concept of high intensity interval training suited to all ages and abilities. The therabands allow expansion of movement creating resistance to sculpt a beautiful body. For the first time in decades I am inspired to bring fun back into fitness.”
When not in the studio, you’ll find her spending time hiking in the mountains with her service dog Sascha, making turns on the slopes, or showing her dressage horse.

Ava Tipton - Studio Manager
Ava was born in Aspen Colorado and grew up loving animals of all types and sizes. Nowadays, her main objective is to ensure you have the best experience imaginable at Board30 Park City. Jim Lolley - Instructor
My name is Jim Lolley and I learned the importance of fitness at a young age through sports. I survived a heart attack at the age of 24, but did not let that stop me! I am a drill instructor and combat marine who has served two tours in Afghanistan and one tour in Iraq. I have been a health, wellness and PFT instructor for the United States Marine Corps, Alaska State Troopers, and Real Appeal. I’ve also coached high school football, hockey, and lacrosse. I am currently working on my personal trainers, group fitness, nutritionist, and strength and conditioning certificates through ISSA. I love spending time with my children, hunting, camping, fishing, hiking, snowmobiling and riding motorcycles when I’m not at the gym. I look forward to working with you to meet your fitness goals.
Dana Lolley - Instructor
My name is Dana Lolley and I am a life-long martial artist, competitive fighter, dancer, and fitness professional. I am a believer that fitness is a personal journey and not an instant product. I am a mother, a wife, and I have a passion for helping others. Personally, I enjoy being outside, hiking, biking, snowmobiling, and much more. With the right motivation and support we can all reach our personal goals!
Shaunicy Sturm - Instructor
Shaunicy has been a competitive equestrienne her entire life, originally getting into fitness to improve her riding, until falling in love with fitness itself. She has since become a NASM-certified personal trainer and taught group fitness classes for over 3 years. Outside of the studio, Shaunicy is a full-time senior at the University of Southern California studying Neuroscience, as well as an EMT. As busy as she is, what Shaunicy loves about Board30 is just how effective of a workout you can get in a short amount of time. Shaunicy likes to spend her free time doing all sorts of outdoors activities, from skiing to hiking with her dog, as well as reading and doing puzzles.
Candice Baker - Instructor
My relationship with fitness goes back to early teenage years. Much time spent within yoga, strength training and various group fitness classes but I also enjoy learning new modalities and a full body and mind experience. Attained a 200 hour YTT certificate in late 2018. The full body and concise experience for a fitness routine is what interests me about Board 30. Additionally, helping people be mobile, nimble and strong in their bodies so they can live life well throughout all of the ages is a passion of mine. I spend my free time with my kids, hiking, cooking, and connecting spiritual and philosophical disciplines.
Callie Dunkel - Instructor
I graduated from Southern Illinois University Carbondale with a Bachelor’s in Anthropology and double minor in Environmental Studies and Geology. Being active has been a part of who I am for my entire life. I grew up doing gymnastics for 9 years and spent most of my time in high school playing basketball and running cross country, and track and field. When I started college, I fell in LOVE with lifting, HIIT style workouts, and outdoor rec. I love how empowering it is to be able to push myself and my body in incredible ways. The mental and physical benefits were just an added bonus! Board30 is so appealing because it provides a quick and effective workout with less impact on the body compared to traditional HIIT workouts. When I’m not at work or working out, I enjoy spending as much time as I can outdoors either hiking, climbing, camping, or biking (just to name a few). When I’m not spending time outside, you’ll probably find me in the kitchen whipping up a plant-based recipe. Health and wellness is a huge part of who I am and what I love.
Al Hahn Smith - Instructor
Hello everyone, my name is Al Hahn. I am a fitness junkie and mountain enthusiast. Throughout my life I have always been active. Starting at the young age of five I was participating in multiple sports such as skiing, softball, soccer, and gymnastics. Being physically active was naturally a part of who I am as a person. I was able to accomplish becoming a Junior Olympian for downhill skiing at 16 years old, and walk onto a Division 1 Track and Field team (high jump) for the University of Nevada Reno. I teach strength, HIIT, and pilates. But, as I got older I realized that physical fitness is just one part of it all. I have since then dedicated my time to understanding how to give you the experience you deserve when working out. Physically, mentally, and environmentally. I look forward to sweating with you in the studio. Otherwise you can catch me on the mountain trail running, skiing, hiking, biking, or climbing with my husband and dog, Zippy.
